Online merchandise 
returns & EXCHANGE Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your online purchase you can return your goods, provided we get them back within 28 days and in perfect original sale-able condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges and service. For your protection, we suggest you return your goods via recorded or registered post. Any queries please contact us. We offer a refund or exchange service but we can’t refund your original postage cost if you have simply changed your mind.
 

- All items must be unused
- Clothing must be clean and unwashed with all tags attached
- Once clothing has been worn and/or washed it cannot be returned or exchanged
- Digital downloads cannot be refunded
 

SHIPPING:

- All orders are shipped within 48 hours of purchase.

Orders can take 5-10 WORKING days to be delivered.
- Worldwide shipping is available and calculated at the checkout.
- All orders are shipped to the EXACT address provided.

Crewsade is not legally liable for the incorrect address supplied at the checkout.



STICKERS:

All decals/stickers are thoroughly checked before leaving our distributor. Please expect creases from folding of vinyl in order to ship efficiently in the required packaging. Stickers show sufficient adhesive through their ability to stick to the backing paper. Stickers must not come into contact with any cleaning products.

Crewsade will not be held liable for the misapplication of stickers. Once the backing paper is removed, Crewsade will not be held liable for the replacement of stickers if misapplied damaged. If damaged during transit Stickers must be photographed and sent via email on our contact page. In this instance, the backing paper must clearly visible and show no signs of attempted removal.

For European and International customers please mark your customs form as 'RETURN' we will not pay customs charges for mislabelled returns. Orders from outside the UK can not be exchanged, refund only.

 

 

Faulty Items
If your items are faulty or not described, you are entitled to return them to us within 28 days of receipt for an exchange or a refund. If you are returning the faulty item after 28 days has passed we may opt to repair or replace them before offering a refund. We will cover the cost of any return postage for goods which are faulty or not as described.
